2013 Red Arrow 38th Annual Fish A Ree Held February 9th & 10th was a Huge Success!”

Big crowds both days enjoyed raffles, music and lots of good food and drinks. Event Chairpersons Joe Kampf, Pete Renteria and Bob Grobarchik want to express a great big thank you to all the club members who worked at the event as well as the many businesses who contributed prizes for our raffles. Merchants from Townsend to Mountain helped us and we appreciate it…return the favor by shopping locally!!

Winner of our First Prize flat screen TV from Forest TV & Appliance was Bruce Van Ryzin of Appleton. The second prize gun from Pintsch’s hardware went to Ken Kuchenr of area code 920. Third prize was a 250.00 gas card partially donated by Townsend Shell and won by Jerry Pitzen of New Holstein. The “Cabin in the Woods” lap quilt made by club member Carol Renteria was won by Tim LeBrun of Oregon, WI and the Northwood’s Print donated by Citizen’s Bank went to Tony Ball of area code 920. Two $50.00 gift certificates partially donated by Mikes Supermarket in Townsend went to Mike Koss of Manitowoc and Tyler Hochkammer. The two $50.00 gift cards donated by Lakewood Super Valu were won by Dan Pries of Townsend and Kassie Hicks of area code 920. Sunset Resort donated two $50.00 gift certificates and they were won by Steve Bunda of Crandon and Russell Reynolds of Green Bay. Finally the four $25.00 gas cards from Townsend Shell were won by Eric Baryenbruck, Newton, Jim Tilkens of Doty, Ginny Juokins of Marinette and Deb Franzin of Townsend.

The Green Bay Packer autographed football went to Bob Jarvis of Greendale and the Aaron Rodgers autographed print donated by Packer Photographer Jim Biever was won by Ann Gerhartz of area code 920. Our Money basket winner was Chris Parker of area code 920. Fish A Ree winners were Josh Patrow with a 4# 10 oz Northern, Eric Eisner with a 2# 4 oz Walleye. Shawn Schmidt landed a 2 # bass and a whopping 6oz Crappie caught by Mary Goffard won the Panfish category. Second chance winners were Josh Patron (Panfish) and Dave Goffard (Northern).

A very nice event profit will help the Red Arrow Snowmobile ATV Club maintain their record of having some of the finest snowmobile and ATV trails in this part of the state. Thanks again to all who helped make this event such a success.
