The Red Arrow snowmobile trails are open as of 12/29/2018 at 8am

The Oconto County snowmobile trails will be closing Sunday March 24, 2019 at Midnight!!!! This has been a wonderful year with plenty of snow to enjoy. Hope to see you all over the summer months for some of the Red Arrow Events!!!

 The Red Arrow Snowmobile/ATV Club and the Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club are sponsoring a Wisconsin DNR certified ATV Safety Course. 

Class meets Saturday, April 27th from noon to 4:00 PM and Sunday, April 28th from noon to 3:00 PM.

 Townsend Town Hall Municipal Building, 17937 Front Street, Townsend WI (corner of Elm and Hwy 32)

Everyone is welcome to attend the course with a recommended minimum age of 11-1/2. Anyone born after January 1, 1988 and at least 12 years old must have ATV certification to operate on public areas. Those students who have not reached the age of 12 may not use their certificate to operate alone until they turn 12 years of age. Parents and adults are encouraged to enroll and participate. Fees for the course are $10.00 per student. Fee is waived if you, parents or grandparents are members of either club.

Class size is limited. Students with special needs will need to contact the instructor at least two weeks in advance to request special accommodations. For information, please contact Larry Westphal at 920-912-3689 or Lw56trailz@gmail.com.

March 30, 2019, The 5th Annual Dinner show at Waubee Lake Lodge. This years show will be a Frank’s Tribute show with a Northwood theme.

Last weekend in April: ATV/UTV trails will open only if trail conditions are found to be suitable by Oconto County and U.S. Forestry officials. All county ATV clubs work with the county and forestry in determining suitable and safe trail conditions for a trail opening date. Watch the Red Arrow club website and facebook for ATV/UTV trail opening.

April 27, 2019, Annual general membership meeting, with election of officers and directors. 9AM at the Townsend Town Hall, 16564 Elm Street in Townsend. (Across from the Post Office). This is a Saturday meeting for the convenience of our out of town members.

June 8, 2019, Red Arrow is invited by Old Town Hall Bar and Restaurant to hold a meat raffle and trail ride at their Annual Pig Roast. Trail ride at 9:30 from Restaurant. Meat spin from 2 to 6.

August 17, 2019, Brat fry-fundraiser at Lakewood Super Valu.

August 31, 2019, 13th Annual Red Arrow Corn Roast and ATV/UTV parade at Old Town Hall Bar and Restaurant. 11AM to 6PM. Watch the Club website and Facebook page for details.

October 5, 2019, Red Arrow is invited by Old Town Hall Bar and Restaurant to hold a meat raffle and trail ride at their annual family fun Booyah. Fall Color ride at 9:30 from Restaurant. Meat spin from 2 to 6.
